Payment of Entry Fees.
Participants with German bank accounts pay via single direct debit, other participants pay reduced fees when they arrive, provided they have registered before 24th July 2012.
Any costs arising out of incorrect payment will be charged to the participant.
Please note:
Fees cannot be refunded in cases of no-show.
Registration changes can be made in writing up to 24th July 2012 or on the day of the races.
Fees for late registration can only be paid in cash.
Please send written registrations, with name, first name, address, age, club membership, account number*, bank sort code*, name of the bank*, name of the account holder* and her/his signature* to Bernd Mecke, Dringenauer Str. 3, 31812 Bad Pyrmont or MTV Fax Nr. 05281/ 10772 (*only required from participants with a bank account in Germany)

Start numbers cannot be transferred or exchanged. Such change or transfer will lead to disqualification. If you wish to change race, you must re-register. Registration can also be done through this website.
